We are seeking to recruit a Project & Office Administrator to join AEA’s Corporate Services team and provide administrative support to our national Technical & Project audit team.

The vacancy is for a part-time ongoing position in our Melbourne office.

The Position

As the Project & Office Administrator at AEA, you will be working as part of AEA’s dedicated Corporate Services team. The role includes reporting to the Corporate Services Manager (CSM) on day-to-day, administrative and general issues.

As part of AEA’s Corporate Services team, the Project & Office Administrator will also work closely with AEA’s Technical & Project audit team.  The successful candidate will be expected to provide support and assistance to assist Auditors and other technical employees with preparing accurate and timely audit administration support and office related administration duties.

Your Skills & Experience

  • Qualifications in Editorial Review, Proofreading or equivalent training and experience.
  • Experience in administrative reviews (proofreading, editing and formatting) of technical reports.
  • Experience working in an administration office setting with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (eg: Word, Excel, Power Point, etc).
  • Well-developed interpersonal and sound communication skills, with advanced written capabilities.
  • Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple reports and tasks.
  • Excellent written English skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to effectively collaborate with others.
  • Proactive, can-do work ethic.
