Based in Adelaide, Phil is a founder and Managing Director of AEA. He is a Principal Auditor and hydrogeologist with more than 30 years’ consulting experience providing environmental and geotechnical advice in relation to hydrogeology, landfill sites and contaminated site investigation/management projects.

Over this time Phil has conducted contaminated site assessments for nearly 500 separate projects including Phase 1 assessments, Phase 2 assessments, preparation of remedial action plans and management of remediation projects. These projects have covered a large range of sites including landfills, service stations, depots, marine sediments, port-related activities, industrial sites, quarries and railway facilities, and demonstrate a strong and diverse track record in contaminated site assessment and management. Phil has conducted audits in SA, WA, VIC, NSW and Qld.

To date, Phil has been involved in over 280 contaminated site audits, and is currently an accredited auditor in SA and WA. Phil is also involved in a number of expert witness matters.

Phil is a wine connoisseur. He has made his own wine and generously shared with the team and clients.
